See the booklet for a full list. Paintball   Brwydr Peli Paent Hold siege to a building, attack armoured vehicles, ambush the fort and hide in the tunnels as you fire semi-automatic paintball guns. Protective clothing and head gear provided along with 400 paintballs.    Cost £18, Leave Welshpool at 17:30, return @ 21:30 White Water Rafting   Rafftio Dwr Gwyn We get to experience Class 3 rapids! Professional Instructors guide us through the rapids in 2 eight man rafts. You need to be able to swim to do this activity.    Cost £18, leave at 11:00, return at 17:00 Deep Sea Fishing   Pysgota Môr WE are going to Aberdovey and get to be the crew of a fishing trawler. After a couple of hours at sea, we'll return with our mackerel and cook some on the beach!    Cost £15, Times= 17:30 - 23:00 SK8 School   Ysgol SK8 Here we lend you a board, a helmet and pads. We have lessons on dvd, and refreshments too; and if its wet, we have Tony Hawk on X Box.     Cost £1, starts at 18:00, finishes at 19:30 Swimming    Nofio gyda'r Tonnau A fun afternoon out at the Plas Madoc Leisure Centre, they have slides and a new wave machine.     Cost £1, and leaves Welshpool at 12:30, returning at 17:00 Mount Everest   Mynydd Everest No we are not climbing the real thing, but the new climbing wall at Plas Madoc. You get all the safety equipment and professional coaching, plus time for a quick swim afterwards.   Cost £2, times are from 12:30 - 17:00. Aberystwyth by train   Aberystwyth ar y Trên This is a day out, travelling by train to Aberystwyth. There is crazy golf, included ain the price. plus cinema, galleries, swimming, beaches, vertical railway, castle and shops. Cost £4, times = 09:40 - 19:00. Alton Towers We have booked this soooo cheap, (£15) that we have booked two 52 seater coaches, so bring a friend. Ride all the rides at Britain's best theme park. We'll provide a map and a bottle of water. Please wear comfortable shoes and money for lunch, and a packed tea for the journey home. Note the early start. (07:00, returning about 19:00) Sailing Academy   Academi Hwylio Learn all you need to sail Pico's and catamarans on this 2 day sailing course. You will need packed lunch and change of clothes and a towel.    Cost £12, leave each day at 08:30, and returning at 18:00 Girls Night in   Noson y Merched i mewn Nigel is banned from this fun girlie evening of movies, manicures and munchies.  Starting at 18:30, and finishing by 22:00.    Cost £3. Mountain Bike ride   Beico Mynydd am Ddim This FREE event is a sponsored bike ride for 12 people around Lake Vyrnwy to raise money for Welshpool Dance Academy, or another charity close to your heart. Sponsorship Forms available at registration.   Leave at 15:30, back at 19:00. Driving School   Ysgol Yrru Yes, even though you may not be 17 yet, you too can learn to drive in new BSM cars with a professional instructor. You will have to do some Highway Code before having 2 hours in the car. You must be 15 years or over for this activity. Starts at 11:30, and back at 17:00. Cost £15. ECO Adventure   Antur Eco yn CDA In celebrating the environment, we are catching a train to the Centre for Alternate Technology, where we will experience all kinds of weird and wonderful environmental ideas. We will recycle all our rubbish too.   Cost £3.   Leave at 09:40, back at 15:00 Cool Craft Workshops   Gweithdai Crefftau Gwych We will make American Style wood signs, Welsh Slate crafts and possibly masks too. All materials and refreshments provided. It'll be the best craft workshop you've been to. Dont wear your best clothes! Cost £2 per session.   Times = 14:30 - 16:00 Bowling and Quasar   Bowlio deg a Quasar You and your mates get a game of 10 pin bowling, a game of quasar and a Hot dog and fries for only £5 each, now that's a bargain.  Leave at 17:30, return at 21:00. Abseiling and Kayaking   Abseilio a Caiacio Two activities wrapped into one day. In the morning we abseil down a cliff, then afterwards we go and Kayak. Don't forget to bring a towel, change of clothes and a packed lunch.     Cost £8.  Leave at 08:30, get back @18:00
