1. Please make sure that you bring necessary clothes and footwear for your chosen activity.
   If your activity lasts all day, you will need to provide a Packed Lunch.
2. If numbers for a certain activity are not enough to make the activity viable, PowysXtreme reserves the right to cancel the activity and/or try to organise an alternative activity.
   The money that you have paid will either be refunded or used as credit for another activity.
3. Please make sure that you turn up before the start time for each activity. We WILL leave on time, and you will not have a refund if you are late.
4. PowysXtreme reserves the right to exclude any person(s) from activities if they:
   

   Fail to obey Health and Safety requirements.
   Use Threatening or Unsocial behaviour.
   Disregard any of the Rules and Regulations of the Centre they are using

5. All information given to PowysXtreme must be true and correct. PowysXtreme is not liable for any Person who gives untrue information.

All activities will terminate here also, unless a drop off is permitted by your Parent/Guardian. Please ring to check that the activity will arrive on time.
